King’s Court Builders Certified Craftsmen Program ensures, for home building customers, that their craftsmen and trade partners deliver quality products and service resulting in a superior customer experience.

King’s Court Builders only uses Certified Craftsmen on their job sites for all of their home building projects. In order for King’s Court Builders’ craftsmen and trade partners to become certified, they must meet or exceed customer satisfaction benchmarks and comply with criteria as set forth by Pete Stefani, President, King’s Court Builders.

The following criteria are required for each craftsman/trade partner:

• Quality workmanship and materials
• Works well with the other trades
• Reliable and professional
• Fair pricing

• Accessibility to homeowners - communicates accordingly
• References verified
• Insured
• Respects the job sites
• On time, on budget
