Because a custom home is just that – custom, the features will change. But all King’s Court homes include:
- Guaranteed closing date at time of contract
- Electrical walk-through at time of rough-in
- Pre-walk and homeowner orientation approximately two weeks prior to close
- Final walk-through immediately before closing
- Two-year builder warranty
