But all of King's Court homes include:
- Guaranteed closing date at time of contract
- Electrical walk-through at time of rough-in
- Pre-walk and homeowner orientation approximately two weeks prior to close
- Final walk-through immediately before closing
- Two-year builder warranty
In addition, we are able to add all the finishing touches to make your home custom*, including, but not limited to:
